The Educator Think

Almost anyone, at any age, has to educate someone else. Educating derives the term "ex-ducere" which means "pull out". To bring out the beauty that we see in another person affects us, though, before pulling cultivate the good that is in us.
The educator must be happy.

The first word, educator, be understood in the broad sense, that is those who, for many different reasons, is have to send something to another person. We speak of parents, teachers, entertainers, professional educators, in a word: adults. The last word, happy to be understood in the etymological sense of the term derives from Latin, Felix, and means fertile, fruitful. The emphasis is therefore placed on the fruit produced by the happy person, in the natural certainty that for every teacher there are many young that the fruits of happiness as much as they need the bread they eat. In essence, one can not be happy for them, but it is only others.

After all young people have every right to be unhappy. They are because they have collected an inheritance left him by parents at times inadequate, from a company that has those idiots with TV and internet. They are because they enjoyed the fruits were those of immediate pleasure and cheap or even virtual ones, or, at best, left by some adult in passing, as if to remind him that someone on who to rely perhaps exists, but not among those on which they would like to count forever. Not the young who have to change or having to guess the beauty that surrounds them, because not only are capable of it and would not be fair to ask them. Are the adults has to gain credibility in their eyes.

But who can bear fruit without having first prepared a good plot? A good ground to be better prepared to be first broken up, is turning it completely and eliminating waste, losing part of their certainties to build new and more solid. Following is fertilized with manure good, with study, with the experience. Finally it should be treated daily, removing weeds and watering, day after day, through dialogue with the humility of one who knows he can still grow. It must be spending time and effort. If the teacher will have the foresight to treat the soil from which the fruit, which then meant to donate, maybe they deserve to be collected.
